Set on a clifftop on the far west of the island, showcasing the best sunset views, The Village is the ultimate social hub for the young-at-heart. Sleeping up to 18 guests, in spacious standalone guest houses and two rooms in the main pavilion, this estate truly comes to life at night. Every element of your stay can be hyper-personalised, and that includes delectable tailor-made menus to suit any special dietary needs or preferences. Before you even set foot on island, your resident private chef will be on hand to plan every detail and the most mouth-watering of menus.

Sleeping up to 18 guests, there are seven spacious standalone guest houses dotted across the clifftop – including the master suite with a 360-degree wraparound terrace – and a further two guest rooms in the Main Pavilion, all boasting sensational sea views.

Master Suite: Perched on the furthest outcrop, just a stone’s throw from the Main Pavilion, the spectacular Master Suite is designed to allow guests to walk in a circular loop from room to room both inside and out thanks to the 360-degree wraparound terrace. The bedroom features a hidden smart TV and connects to a peaceful study on one side. On the other side of the bedroom is a stunning, airy en-suite bathroom with showstopper bathtub that fills up from the ceiling above. Continue through to the lounge complete with in-built speakers, a mini fridge and wine fridge, so guests can grab a glass of their favourite tipple and open the doors straight onto the lower pool. The rest of the wraparound terrace is extremely private with sensational sea views. Upstairs is the ultimate snug hideaway with smart TV, drinks station and a cosy terrace with seating and uninterrupted views – the perfect place for some peace and quiet.

The Treetops: All with everlasting turquoise sea views, the three Treetop rooms are large oval-shaped guest houses. The bedroom is separated from the lounge area with a double sofa bed, by airy sheer white curtains – ideal for families. Each bedroom is complete with an en-suite bathroom featuring double sinks and the shower opens on to a private mini terrace in true island style.

The Hideouts: The two Hideout rooms are on the lower level of the main building and are mirror images of each other. Each has its own handy mini kitchenette, patio with sea views, plus a shared patio with a huge day bed to chill out on. Both rooms have indoor showers which can be opened up to become an outdoor shower, allowing guests to soak up the far-reaching ocean views.

The Lookouts: Two of the Lookout rooms, 7 & 8, are identical to one another and are the only rooms to have wraparound terraces (besides the Master Suite). They both have a four poster bed, sofa and chair, as well as an en-suite shower bathroom. Lookout 9 boasts similar views from its terrace and also features a large window above the bed that slides open to reveal the en-suite bathroom with chic free-standing bathtub. Slide open all the doors, breathe in the fresh coastal air and take in the scenic views of Manchioneel Beach and neighbouring Virgin Gorda.

We don’t do ordinary on Moskito Island and your stay will be unlike any other experience. There’s plenty to do and explore, take to the waters, play a spot of tennis or simply sit back and soak up the views.

Set off on The Village’s very own private hiking trail which connects you directly to the wider island’s hiking trail, or head to the island’s Recreational Area for countless water sports to try out as well as tennis courts.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

  • 5 nights required for Thanksgiving.

  • 7 nights required for Festive Season.

  • 4 nights required for other periods.

Additional Information:

  • A 2.5% service charge and a 3% BVI Hotel Accommodation Tax will be added.

  • An environmental and tourism levy of US$10 per person will apply to all guests visiting the BVI. The levy will be collected on arrival at the port of entry for those visitors arriving by sea or air. For further information, please visit www.bvitourism.com.

  • A $50 departure tax per person is payable at the airport when you leave the BVI. This must be paid before you clear security and after you’ve checked in for your flight. Please check with your airline if this has been included in your airfare.

Payment Policy

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 20% refundable accommodation deposit. A second 40% non-refundable payment is due no later than 180 days prior to your proposed date of arrival at Moskito Island, along with any additional sums equal to any payments due to external transport or transfer operators. All deposits become non-refundable within 180 days of your arrival. The final 40% non-refundable payment plus the 2.5% service charge is due no later than 90 days prior to your proposed date of arrival, along with any sums equal to any payments due to external transport or transfer operators.

Bookings made within a 90-day window: Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% refundable accommodation deposit. The final 70% non-refundable payment plus the 2.5% service charge is due no later than 60 days prior to your proposed date of arrival at Moskito Island, along with any additional sums equal to any payments due to external transport or transfer operators. All deposits become non-refundable within 60 days of your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance which gives full cancellation cover. All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in these terms and conditions. Please note that the Client is also liable for any payments outstanding on the date on which a cancellation is received from a Client and that all cancellations must be received clearly in writing The Company will then confirm the cancellation back to the Client in writing with a cancellation number. The cancellation date shall be the date upon which the written notification of cancellation is received by the Company from the Client.

• Cancellations received more than 181 days prior to the Guest’s proposed arrival date will not incur a cancellation penalty.

• Cancellations received within 180 and 91 days prior to the proposed arrival date will incur a 60% penalty.

• Cancellations received within 90 days prior to the proposed arrival date will incur a 100% penalty.

Bookings made within a 90-day window:

• Cancellations received between 90 and 61 days prior to the proposed arrival date will not incur a cancellation penalty.

• Cancellations received within 60 days prior to the proposed arrival date will incur a 100% penalty.

If requested, we can also provide letters indicating that deposits have been forfeited in order to assist you with any travel insurance claims. On a cancellation you will be refunded the 2.5% service charge if this has been paid. In the event that a refund is provided to you, we shall not be responsible for any fluctuations in the exchange rate which may occur in the time between our receipt of the deposits and the time the refund is processed.
