Villa Xavi

Villa Xavi is a luxurious and spacious property surrounded by Natural Park. This 1,000 meters squared home & 2,500 meters squared garden provides maximum privacy, with amazing sea views. Just 15 minutes from downtown Barcelona & a 7 minutes drive from the nearby beach, Villa Xavi is ideally located.

Accommodating up to 12 guests, Villa Xavi is equipped with the latest technology available (GIRA), remote control lights & blinders, centralized heating and air conditioning.

Located in a private gated residence community, Villa Xavi offers 24/7 security with cameras in the garden, entrance & the garage.

Villa Xavi is spread across six floors, all connected by the main elevator and a glass and forge staircase.

The main area is on the fifth floor, where guests will find a spacious kitchen separated from the pool by glass walls, a restroom, and a 250 meter squared spacious living area. Here, guests can find a spectacular dining table that sits up to 16 guests comfortably. From the fifth floor, guests have access to the swimming pool and garden areas featuring a pond, waterfall, grill area, bar, outside jacuzzi, Finish Sauna and a chill out area with a round bed and unmatched views.

On the fourth floor of the property, guests will find a magnificent master bedroom with an extra large king sized bed (3x2 meters), in addition to a glass Hamman (Turkish bath), large rain effect shower and a massage bed. The large glass doors open up to a panoramic view of the sea and the pool.

On the third floor, guests can find a state of the art gymnasium, as well as an office area featuring a 5 meter long work desk. There are also 4 guest rooms and 3 bathrooms on this floor, as follows:

• Room 1: Double suite (2x2 meter bed), air conditioning & en-suite bathroom. This room has access to the terrace through a large sliding door.

• Room 2: Double suite, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom. Access to the terrace through a large sliding door.

• Room 3: Twin bedroom, air conditioning, shared bathroom with bedroom 5. Access to terrace through a large sliding door.

• Room 4: Twin bedroom, air conditioning, shared bathroom with bedroom 4. Access to terrace through large sliding doors.

On the second floor, guests will find an independent bedroom featuring a double suite bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom.

The first floor is where guests will find a laundry room (used by staff only).

Villa Xavi also has a basement level where guests will find an arcade game room with:

• A football table, Billiard table, Arcade machine (35.000 games), Ping-pong table, Air hockey table, electronic darts & a Pinball machine.

• Garage for 2 cars & electric charger

Minimum Stay Requirements:

• 7 nights require from May 1st to October 1st & December 24th to January 2nd.

• 3 nights require for other periods.

Additional Information:

• Parties are not allowed on the property. The penalty for breaking this rule will result in a 2,000€ charge. Please also note that there are some music restrictions. On weekends music is limited to a maximum 23:00 pm & weekdays 22:00. Inside the house with all the windows closed, there is not restrictions.

• Housekeeping is provided on a daily basis (Monday through to Saturday, 6 hours/day). The housekeeper works to maintenance the Villa & clean and tidy up, but is not allowed to work for the clients, to cook, wash, etc.

• Please note that the third & fourth floors are protected by maximum security measures.

• €600 end of stay cleaning (mandatory)

• Please note that the alarm on the premises is not operative during rental periods except for rentals of more than 2 weeks, or on request.

• Additional linen & towel sets can be provided on a request basis at 50€ a set.

• Reasonable expenses (consumption of water & electricity)

• General Housekeeping 5-6 days a week in the morning

• A set of bed linens and towels per week

• Garden & outdoors maintenance on Monday: Cleaning furniture, pool & pond filtration

On a request basis, ONEE Luxury Travel can help organize special villa services, such as a maid, cook, advance grocery shopping etc. Please note that in such circumstances, payment is due in full and in local currency to the Concierge representative upon arrival at the Villa Property.
