Secured WIFI is accessible from anywhere on the property, and Bluetooth-enabled surround sound allows you to set the mood for any occasion.

The three-story Main House offers 8 bedrooms with full en-suites, complete with central AC and large walk-in closets. Of these, a few master suite options include separate living areas, secluded patios, sunlit soaking tubs, and other peace-inducing amenities.
On the other side of the estate, a separate Guest House offers another 4 ensuite bedrooms. It includes indoor-outdoor dining and living areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a tucked-away office for those who need to get work done.
Between the Main House and Guest Cottage are expansive Asian-inspired gardens, koi ponds, and weaving walking paths brimmed with lush, exotic plants and towering palms. These lead you to the property’s Great House.
At Laughing Waters, this is where formal dinners are hosted, champagne glasses clink, and all-night laughter fills the air. It’s also where you can gather for pre-dinner drinks in a cosy Art-Deco bar or host an impromptu movie night in the cinema.

This property does not adhere to ONEE Luxury Travel's Standard Payment Terms. Upon booking, a twenty-five percent (25%) deposit is required, inclusive of fees and taxes. The remaining balance, equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of the booking total, is due seventy days (70 prior to the Guests check-in date. In the event the booking is made within seventy (70) days before the Guests check-in date, the full amount is due.
In circumstances where full payment is not made 70 days or more prior to the arrival of the guest, this Property Manager reserves the right to cancel the booking and the full balance may be forfeited.
Please note that in the event of force majeure, that is any occurrence outside its control and which could not have been avoided with all due care, including but not limited to war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, government action, adverse weather conditions, fire, earthquake, flood and all similar events out of the property managers control; the Property owner will make no refunds, nor meet any costs or expenses Guests may incur as a result or pay any compensation.
This property does not follow ONEE Luxury Travel’s Standard Cancellation Policy. Guests that cancel up to seventy (70) days prior to arrival (outside of the Christmas- New Year Period) will receive a refund of the deposit less a penalty of fifteen percent (15%).
If the guest cancels any booking for accommodation within seventy (70) days prior to the Guests’ expected arrival at the relevant accommodation (in the case of bookings outside of the Christmas- New Year Period), all payments are forfeited.
In the case of bookings for accommodation within the Christmas-New Year Period, all payments are non-refundable.
