Villa Xylo

An exceptional property located on the north-eastern part of Corfu in the fairytale area of San Stefano, Villa Xylo has been recently refurbished to have all the modern comforts and needs for a relaxing holiday. Featuring state-of-the-art architecture, materials and decorations, this villa can accommodate up to 12 people in a two-storey main house and a separate guesthouse.

Enjoying uninterrupted views to the San Stefano bay and the Ionian Sea, Villa Xylo was built within a secluded plot of land, and boasts well-manicured patios and gardens that create the most magical vacation hideaway.

As soon as guests enter the house they will come across a voluminous open-plan space with a spacious living room, adjacent dining area and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. With large floor-to-ceiling windows that open up to the swimming pool terrace, the interiors feel very connected to its surroundings.

A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom opens to the garden and a double or twin en-suite bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The top floor of the villa features three double en-suite bedrooms, one with a bathtub bathroom, all enjoying views to the surrounding area and the sea. All bedrooms are styled with immaculate taste and offer a unique cocooning aura that will make guests think twice before leaving them in the morning.

The separate guesthouse shares the elegant style and is a fully private and independent house for two guests with a double bedroom opening to the garden, a shower bathroom and a kitchenette.

Outside the villa offers an infinity swimming pool, a small waterfall, and stunning sea views. Several lounging areas, a pergola-shaded dining area for 12, a bar and a sofa with fire pit are only a few of the villa’s offerings.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

• 7 nights required from June to September with a required check-in on Saturday to Saturday.

Additional Information:

• In cases where the arrival time is between 12.00a.m. and 7 a.m. local time, there will be an additional charge, which will be advised upon confirmation of the booking.

• Where possible, late check out can be arranged, with 24-hour prior notice before departure day, at an additional charge.

• Please note that the security deposit is 25% of the weekly rate, which is to be paid one month in advance of the commencement of the stay. Pending no damage, the client will receive the full deposit back, minus bank charges, within 15 working days of their departure.
