One of the most significant oceanfront estates designed by celebrated architect Wallace Neff, the six-bedroom Noleta Ranch, located in the community of Hope Ranch, Santa Barbara, has been painstakingly restored, expanded, and modernized over a 10-year period.
Designed by Wallace in 1970, in collaboration with landscape architect Thomas Church, Noleta Ranch is nestled on an oceanfront acre of land on the crest of a bluff, where the blue sky meets the blues of the Pacific, offering panoramic views out to the Channel Islands.
The current owner of the home worked closely with the Historical Committee on all aspects of preserving the integrity of the design and inspiration of Neff's work while simultaneously creating an exciting estate with all premium comforts and amenities.
The entrance has a large courtyard leading to massive wood front doors that open to reveal a breathtaking view to the sea beyond. Great expanses of glass join beamed ceilings that range from eight to 25 feet in height. White walls and cool tile floors convey the mood of a Mediterranean villa.

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be due and the final balance of 50% will be due 95 days prior to arrival.
