Designed with the utmost attention to detail both inside and outside, Villa Jace is a piece of art in every sense; minimal and luxuriously adorned 50‘s and 60‘s vintage furniture and objects and surrounded by well-plotted gardens, the property is one of the best examples of luxury properties in Greece.

Villa Jace is an exquisite property that can host up to ten guests in five double bedrooms with queen size beds. The main house comprises of large, airy rooms that can host up to ten guests across five double bedrooms with queen size beds: a master double featuring a rooftop terrace of 200 meters squared filled with plants, two double bedrooms with a private terrace of 60 meters squared each, and another two bedrooms that provide access to the main terrace.

The spacious living room of the villa is an open plan concept, also offering a dining area for up to ten while the fully equipped, minimal, kitchen features a bar with seating for six.

A separate guest house, 40 meters away from the main house, can host two people in a fully operational space with a kitchenette, a double/twin en-suite bedroom and an outdoor veranda with sitting and dining spaces for six.

Outside guests will find a large saline swimming pool made of green marble, comfy chaise lounges, a large breakfast area right in front of the main house, and a pergola-shaded terrace with dining furnishings for up to fourteen people. Numerous sitting areas are scattered throughout the property’s fragrant gardens filled with herbs, cypress and olive trees that offer stunning sea and sunset views.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

  • 7 nights required from June to September with a required check-in on Saturday to Saturday.

Additional Information:

  • In cases where the arrival time is between 12.00a.m. and 7 a.m. local time, there will be an additional charge, which will be advised upon confirmation of the booking.

  • Where possible, late check out can be arranged, with 24-hour prior notice before departure day, at an additional charge.

  • Please note that the security deposit is 25% of the weekly rate, which is to be paid one month in advance of the commencement of the stay. Pending no damage, the client will receive the full deposit back, minus bank charges, within 15 working days of their departure.

Payment Policy

This property does not adhere to ONEE Luxury Travel's Standard Payment Terms.

To confirm a booking, an Initial payment of 30% percent of the Total Amount must be paid to ONEE Luxury travel within two (2) working days alongside the signed booking form (or proof of payment must be provided within this time to ONEE Luxury Travel’s finance team).

The balance equal to 70% percent must be paid 65 days prior the first day of the Rental Period.

In cases where the reservation is made within 65 days before the first day of the Rental Period, payment of the Total Amount must be made within two working days along with the signed booking form.

Please note that a 48-hour courtesy hold (option) is put on the property at the time of the quote, weekends not being included. This is a strict hold window, and if a booking form is not signed by the Customer within this period, the hold (option) expires.

Please also note that payment processing may take up to two working days. If payment(s), as specified in the Payment Schedule, are not received by their respective due dates, ONEE Luxury Travel reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement and cancel the booking.

In this event, the cancellation policy outlined below shall apply.

Cancellation Policy

This property does not adhere to ONEE Luxury Travel’s Standard Cancellation Policies. Please notify ONEE Luxury Travel in writing (by email or through the portal) as soon as possible regarding cancellation requests. In the circumstance of a cancellation of a booking, the following cancellation policy shall apply:

- More than 65 days prior to first day of Rental Period, 30% of the deposit is non-refundable.

- Less than 65 days prior to the first day of the Rental Period, 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.

If a cancellation takes place as a result of the property manager being unable to fufill their duties, an alternative property of equivalent or superior rating, an alternative property of lower rating for the same Rental Period and a credit of the difference in the overall cost between the original and the substitute property, or a full refund, will be offered to the client.

In the event of a “force majeure” (such as but not limited to fires, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, wars, riots, strikes, lock-outs, public disorders, Sovereign defaults, lack of means of transport, or any other similar catastrophes), please note that no compensation can be offered.
