Villa Iluminada

This villa is located right on the boulevard within walking distance to the famous Yachting marina of Puerto Banus. It combines the very best of modern architecture with the ultimate avant-garde technology. Distributed over three levels are six double bedrooms and seven bathrooms, one guest toilet, and two staff toilets.

Ground Floor

The ground floor hosts the living/dining area with a fireplace and access to the terrace with its unique dining table. This open plan area also features a fully equipped kitchen, a TV lounge, and two en-suite double bedrooms.

First Floor

The first floor houses the master bedroom with a dressing room, a TV, a beautiful fireplace and not to mention, access to the terrace. There is also a spacious and bright bathroom with a shower and a bath, plus a further three double bedroom suites, each with a dressing room and a bathroom (with a shower).

The two terraces on the first floor offer breath-taking views over the property´s garden and the pool area and are an excellent viewpoint for the nearby beach and the sea.

Each of Villa Iluminada’s features has been carefully designed and included to ensure guests make the most of their stay. The basement consists of a gym area, a sauna, and a bathroom (with a shower) - plus, a cosy cinema room and a modern bar with a climate control bodega.
